Thanks. I've made a few mistakes (actually, quite a lot of them), but managed to correct most of them; some by myself, some with outside help. Considering that I'm not a trained carpenter, its not too shabby.

You are doing well.

I've worked with my co worker on his place to where he now does things on his own. It's fun to see him take interest. The other day I called him a journeyman he was so happy.

He had a question about his fence. Seems the gate was a little tight after he had it replaced. He was telling me how he was going to fix it. After the weekend he told me it fixed itself. I told him if he could fix a fence by just thinking about it he didn't need a teacher anymore.

^^^ the above is a quote, in relation to owning and cuddling with chickens.

Curious - what's your "hand washing" technique?

 I aint saying nuttin' lest someone sets the health department on me...

Quote: Good deal! Always seems to taste better when you know what it took to get it to the table. I remember Grandpa coming in from Grandma's kitchen garden with a white radish that had been missed the previous year, made it through the central IL winter, and continued to grow. That sucker weighed 4 lb! Strangely enough, it was still perfectly edible; not a thing wrong with it.

Wow! Sea horses are amazing!
Are they hard to keep alive once the salt water tank is set up?

A little they like cooler temps. They like company one by itself will die. Wife does all the raising of them. I'm in charge of equipment maintenance although she does quite a bit of that herself.

Must get the tank raised ones. Sea horses brought in from the ocean and sold in pet stores are very hard to keep alive.

I told my BIL today that it's a good thing this isn't a union job; the Foreman would have canned me in the first 5 minutes.

Just on safety alone. Your ladders are not tied off. We had a guy spend many hours on the roof alone because the wind blew it down. Not sure who rescued him. He tied off after that.
