It wasn't to bad. Hung out with family and got some work done around the property.

@Chaos18 I am just making a slightly longer version of Sally's with pallets that are not as nice. I can't complain it is all free materials except the screws.

@Chaos18I worked Saturday morning, did fencing in the afternoon, rode after church Sunday, and worked projects all day yesterday.

Yea the pallets around here aren't nearly as nice as the ones she get's either.

 Strange you should mention that. The day before we set the 1st truss (other than the one we'd set the week before) I marked the location of where they should all go. After I'd done the front side, I came in for a cup of coffee, & got to thinking about it; decided I'd done it wrong...not all that unusual.  I went back & remarked them all, & moved to the back side, being careful to start at the same end 'cause the last one wasn't going to be the full 2'. When BIL showed up the following day, I told him to double-check them..."Don't worry; I was going to" He said they were wrong, naturally. He measured the distance from the end and started to set the 1st truss of the day, quickly discovering that he'd also marked it wrong! Made me feel better knowing that "Mr, Professional Carpenter" had made the same mistake I had.   From there on, he measured each one, putting the spacer blocks(which I'd pre-cut) in place, he on one end & me on the other, & we finished with no further mistakes, I hope! We'll see today if we were right! Kinda like Blind leading Stupid! You'd have laughed your ask off.
