Excuses... excuses. We're having the exact same weather here in central MS, and I have 15 1 1/2 week old chicks in my unheated basement, and more eggs in the cooker. What you waiting on???Highs are barely getting up into the 60s right now, with lows getting into the slower 30s at night. It's pretty darn cold right now! At least by our standards. Even with a heat lamp I think it would be too cold for our babies in our unheated pantry.
