Goats are doing good. They've been clearing lots of brush off the edge of the woods. Still like them. Wife likes them more now then when I got them and so does the littlest Monkey. She enjoys checking on them to make sure they aren't stuck and petting them. How are yours doing?thanks, how yer goats doin? you still like them?
Did you at least take a baseball bat with you?About an hour ago, I had a premonition of the sound of chickens screaming in the night. Suddenly a few minutes ago, I actually heard it! I tore out of the house to find the neighbor corralling a few of her flock into the coop.![]()

Just out of curiosity, what is everyone using for predator control? Is this happening at day or at night? I want to be prepared...
The duck cries pitifully as Sally carries it to its doom. It doesn't know why it is unloved. Unwanted. Good for nothing but a meal sometime down the line. It knows someone can save it. But who?! And what of its siblings? Aren't they good ducks? Doesn't anyone want them?!

SALLY WE HAVE VEINS.
Our goats are spoiled brats, the boys are still upset at the separation but they have to wait till its time to join the girls. We are making the boys a big surprise to make them a bit more happy, pics to come when finished lol.
I am just trying to wrap things up here, as I will be out of commission for quite some time the way it looks, so anything to simplify around here is best. I still have more chickens to get rid of, and processing this weekend, the wood laying not split may have to wait until summer or something. 'it aint hurting nothing, although it bugs the crap out of me seein it laying on piles like that.
