I have a 24 weeker, who's supposed to "have asthma" we are watching him closely for signs.... the doctor would have us just give the meds with out signs, but the meds affect bone density and all sorts of crap. I'd rather not give it, if he doesn't need it.


i also take metformin, though i'm not diabetic, I have PCOS, so I take it for infertility issues.
I believe I'd have to change doctors!

I know someone that took it for PCOS helped a lot
 
She just had her first last year and was on it for a few years, the only problem she had was low sugars in the mornings

I have low blood sugar, I'm constantly in the 70's..... even after eating... it actually keeps me from spiking lower.. which isn't how the meds is supposed to work, but it keeps me from dropping lower, ironically enough. I'm the opposite (for now) of a diabetic.

No fun :hugs hypoglycemia is no good and can be just as scary lots if hugs :hugs
