yeah ok... dont know if they are much help for pollination... honey bees or our native aussie bees work best here. we plant marigolds round the garden...and lavender, seems to attract the good guys for pollination. You're an Aussie! One of your fellow countrymen hangs here, too; was here less than an hour ago.
Yellow Jackets are ill-tempered bees (or hornets, maybe), yellow body w/irregular black stripes, about the size of a Honey Bee, perhaps a bit larger. Often nest underground.
You are in Australia?
Or just living near a neighbor with a zoo?

Quote: technically we cant kill them without a special license, but somehow they keep disappearing in spurts![]()
You can't kill chipmunks?![]()
I was wrong!!!
Chipmunks are not protected by federal law, but are protected by the Pennsylvania Game Commission. Pennsylvania law allows landowners to take chipmunks when they are causing or about to cause damage to property. death to them all (within a 100 yard radius) lol
I start them around 40 and candle day 7 and keep adjusting, they loose weight faster than LF eggs, so candle more often, with a huge dip days 16 17 18Are silkie eggs the same as normal for incubating
