My vet said to get a couple of plastic barrels and cut a hole in them. You put them out where they kid and around the pasture so kids can get in and cuddle up. You can secure them to a fence or shed and put a light bulb in the top for heat as Boer kids are more likely to freeze.

one of the goat breeders suggested hats with ear covers attached as thats the first thing to frostbit, ever seen them? I can try to get fleece and stitch some if I can find them or guess at sizes. and the jacket things but again sizes for my kind and yours may be tough lol

and do the safety box on the heat lamp because those premires are too expensive, I did order the china ones so I will share how they work with you when they come! It will fit under one of the bunks for the goats and I can prevent them from climbing on it or peeing on it to cause fire or something....
