I only do it to weasels, nuthin else around here to et my chickens, exept dogs, and those get a boot in the ribs, depending on what dog it is and if it is human agressive.
Not skunks..... I'd smell for weeks!

I use a syringe and needle when they are in a trap. Zero spray zero smell. Skunks settle down very easily and you can walk right up to them. They are dead before I pull the needle out.
