INCUBATING w/FRIENDS! w/Sally Sunshine Shipped Eggs No problem!

I can't believe how successful my first hatch is going.  6 hatched and are running around terrorizing the other eggs.  They pipped to zipped quickly.  I now have 4 more pips, but they haven't done anything for HOURS....  I know that is normal, it's just annoying because the other eggs transitioned so much faster.  

This is incredibly addicting....I'm not sure I ever should have started....lol:cd

I was trying to keep her busy until bed. She did better than I thought she would. I was surprised she gave most of her cookie to the dog (who complained loudly as he scarfed it down and asked for more). Oh well. She never asked for another snack before bed. I guess she'd had enough to eat.

no cookies though... I think I ate nuff to last me a year this week!

Hope you all had a merry holiday! I have 5 eggs in lockdown, and 4 are wiggling!!!! I know its only day 19 so im only periodically peeking into the incubator

I keep think that another is hatching. Nope its just the other chicks BASHING THE EGG AGAINST THE SIDE OF THE INCUBATOR!!! At least they aren't harming them.

@Sally Sunshine. I don't have any blue coat. Would scarlet oil, or some human something work? One of the three soaked the scab where I assume the umbilical cord was off so it is reddish.

What is it with you? You take a mid-day nap & this place resembles a cemetery; was actually a half hour lapse between posts at one point. Then you show up and the place starts jumping again!

What is the strange power you seem to hold over people?
