How often do you candle. I have an egg Turner and my heat and humidity are holding so there has been no need to open it up.

Most people candle on day 7, 14, and 18, but I candle on days 4, to see if they are fertile and developing, then day 8, 12, 16, and 18. Then I try to leave them alone for the last three days, but I always end up candling to see who internally pipped when I hear chirping,

Just candled my 13 eggs, took a while because they were so dark inside. I have 8 that I know are definently alive, 2 I thought I saw move, but I dunno with my trickster eyes, and 3 that are so dark it's impossible to tell, including that one that was so dark I can't even see the air cell, but I know it was moving a couple days ago.

don't know I'll have to look. I got it through the shop I worked at.
