Way back when I was a kid, my best friend's mother made the best fudge I have ever tasted.  I used to help make it, but am clueless as to the recipe.

Bushkill Falls has the best fudge. The riding stables have surely been shut down by now due to animal cruelty. But back to the fudge... I've been a lot of places. Their's is the best!

Squeeeeeeeeeellllzzzzzz SURPRISE!!!!! I got a white marans out of those shipped messed up eggs!! Thats all, only one was viable with a wacky air cell and it hatched a white marans from that dark egg!!!!!! and look at my two extremely light Legbar males!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All that culling has finallythem has paid off!! down to four of my best and look at the babies now! love my legbar sooooo long workin with them! Now I have to keep more chicks for myself!!! And one serama is out!!!!

Sorry Whites, I thought that Bubbles actually gave a reasonable response to that question! I have never heard of that version of bowling, must have been stopped at the border for some reason. Does sound like a challenge though.

Bubbles, don't be too sure! my silkies do just fine in this weather (except for the non fertile eggs ) and the rest of my crew, OE's, CR's, EE's and White leghorns adapt pretty well too. They just go roost on the horses or the goats when their tootsies get too cold.

Oh I am sure..... My silkies are great in cold weather, but Jace is almost getting frostbite even with the mild winter i'm getting. Hmm, goats? Sounds like a great excuse to add goats to my parade!

Mornin' Darlin' I sucked, actually. I actually was over my average for two of the three game, but woefully below it for the third. Overall, I had a 319 set; should've been at least 327, according to my 109 average. Before you crack up @ what seems to be a really low average, I bowl Duckpins. 109 isn't a great average, but it's decent enough.

Welp got the eggs in the bator yesterday. Hopefully I don't screw everything up and kill them all.

It has been colder than a witches ..... for the last few days. highs of 0 F, and overnight lows of - 10!. they are predicting a balmy 27 for new years day though! glad to hear the ice is finally thickening for you. did you get hit with that snow yesterday? or did it by pass you?

Whites...I wish we had bowling around here....I bowled when I was a kid....it was fun. There used to be a four lane bowling alley in the next town but it's been gone for some time. When the Air Force base was still open there was a nice alley there. But after it closed there wasn't enough interest to keep it open long......bummer.

Challenging is an understatement. Unlike ten pins, it's impossible to chop (go through the middle, taking out the head pin and the 5 pin directly behind it, leaving all others standing) because the duckpin ball is smaller in relation to the pins than the ten pin ball; thus the higher scores in ten pins. A perfect score of 300 has never been achieved in duckpins, and never will be, while it happens relatively frequently in tenpins.

I am all hugged out, and at work, just checking in.
Got a doc's appointment for later today, the knee swelled big time walking around at work all day yesterday.
From past experience, I know its sprained, not torn, tendons.
Unfortunately, I have lots of experience with both conditions.
