they should really make see thru nest boxes so we nosey types can peek!!Ok i know this is an incubation thread but one more question about my broody please...if the chicks have hatched will they stay under her or come out and stay next to her? Also could I hear them chirping if they are under her or would they be quiet since they are snuggly warm under their momma?

You might be hearing the chicks in the shells. They often chirp before hatching. Once they're hatched, you should start seeing them peeking out.
