Ok, folks, this is what my shoulders feel like after using a pick axe to dig a trench 6" deep x 25' long x 2' wide in my heavy clay studded with rocks and tree roots to lay in the skirt for my chicken run.

And oh yes...! I love doing that in the car. My DH doesn't even get embarrassed any more when Foot Loose comes on and I start! Or, and oldie but goodie from the 70's that makes me want to the swim..oh yeah. Or the jerk. Oh yeah. LOL..
