INCUBATING w/FRIENDS! w/Sally Sunshine Shipped Eggs No problem!

Ok people- I set the eggs at 1 (3 hours ago)... Obviously the temp and humidity dropped initially. I just got home and here are the three thermometers readings are:
Incubator~ 100.5 48%
Acu Rite Remote~ 99 56%
Acu Rite inside the bator~ 100 54%

What do I need to do @Sally Sunshine @Jessimom, if anything? The plug is in.

not sure whats going on, he needs washed off and dried of that goop dont get warm water in his nostrils, dry with papertowel or rag.  see if stimulation helps.  looks like your temps were too low or humidity too high or combination...

Thanks! He is doing better already. I think the gunk was just drying and not letting him move freely. I am using a little giant 11300. I don't trust the digital therm on it and have a spot check and an analog set in it as well as a digital in clay egg for internal. Internal tended to stay at 98 a lot. Even though it has a fan I felt like it had cold spots. Went by spot check so giant therm was usually at 101 to 103 to keep other correct. 2 eggs under broody silky until lock down when she stopped sitting so I moved them inside. Humidity was at 45 until lockdown then 65...

good news! 
that egg in the bator in the image look like air cell was too small.   try 30 humidity next time, and still watching air cells after day 7, and get those temps to average 100.5 that way when it drops it wont go below 99.5  I always run at 100.5

ok. Thanks. I didn't mark cell on last day but could have still been small. I ran it with no water until lockdown. Any ideas how to bring it down lower?
