I use a seperate hatcher. It helps so much with cleanup since I always have staggered hatches going. I just put 14 turkey eggs in lockdown so hopefully I'll have some poults be the end of the weekend :)

Don't mind my messy brooder! NYD babies, a pair of month old silkies, and 3 BCM babies from Friday/Saturday hatch :)

when I was shipping before I got sick, I used cabinet coolers and then hatched in the regular coolers
