Sally, update for me - I set 16 Cream Legbar eggs yesterday afternoon. Looks like the shipped eggs (Alohas with some Naked Necks in the mix) will come next week, so the tandem hatches will be a week apart.

Quail eggs are awesome pickled.

Yep, I'll have the wife dig it out. I have her put chunks of kielbasa in too and make them spicy.

I needed to come up with an inexpensive bator to try a few hatched too see if it's something I really want to jump into. Don't want to hatch so many birds can't get rid of them.
Especially when my wife is more interested in rabbits.
