That's how it works here.

My designated place is in the truck. I never take them out unless I go into the city.

That's where I've found mine most of the time. Well except when the mother in law mistakes them for hers when I put them on the kitchen counter. which is why I now put them in a designated spot. Out of sight.....

Good morning everyone! I think I came up with the answer for my ridiculous blowing light bulb issue. Since everything was right on my end I'm gonna guess that the box either got impacted during transit or dropped off of the shelf. One of the bulbs did not work at all and two of them blew out within 24 hours. After sally sunshine asked if they flew into it, I was a little paranoid about the birds flying into the fixture and knocking it around so I bought 2 rough service bulbs and hopefully they're better. I shall see. But in summary I bought a pack of bad bulbs

Oh! AND I found some 60 watt brand new light bulbs and put them in there and they both worked. I thought they were blowing out but I just had some old light bulbs I had tried, right out of the package, but they only worked for a min and then went out so I thought it was the fixture. I tried again and found some new ones and they both stayed on all night and I can tell are def more powerful and raise the temp quicker.

The halogen bulbs are no good, IMO
