O,help I found that when I candles them few the eggs didn't fill like 100 degrees.

Exactly what part of LET THEM BE do you not understand?

Unless you leave the lid on, and stop opening it, the eggs aren't going to reach temp. Put the lid on it, don't open it, watch the temp with the calibrated therm. Sally sent you. Leave them alone for the next 4-5 days.

CH if your new thermostats are in there and they are reading right your good!!!  

your lid and plastic viewers are in place, your good cause your temps would vary

They probably weren't 100*, 'cause you won't LEAVE THEM ALONE!!!

Every time you take the lid off, you're letting heat and humidity out, and you're forever taking the flaming lid off!!
