Ok- deep breaths... First hatch here, people... I think it's an internal pip (a crack that's not quite through, right?)... Well, now there are four. The first I noticed might ALMOST be through...

Then there's one which has one of the top two WORST AC situations, pipping...

Looks like pips to me! Congrats

Iodine for the unborn chicks or the little one?

Chicks- I've been sending AC progress on a few of the disastrous shipped eggs, all along. She said she felt confident, I'm sure given I have NO clue what I'm doing, I'd get hit with every emergency there is... For someone who doesn't know me, she has my life pretty well pegged! Lol

Those are external pips. An internal pip is when the chick pips through the air cell.
THE EXTERNAL PIP
The external pip or crack will appear on the 20th Day on the outer shell. AFTER the embryo internally pipped the air sac and became a chick and breathed in air by piercing the air cell, it will rest again which could be up to an 24 hour gap before the final less that hour ZIP/ZIPPING to hatch out of the shell.
