Hey everyone just did my day 7 candle found out all the brown eggs (vital farms backyard eggs from whole foods) are not fertile completely clear 4 of the trader Joe's fertile eggs early quitters (blood ring no to little vein development )6 doing great saw the heart beating and the other 2 questionable no beating visible but okish vein development I'll wait a week more before I throw them out. (What does everyone do with the early quitters, garbage, feed...?) How does the air cells look seem uniform not to sureceive if they are the property size or not

TRIPLETS! Two silkies and 1 GIANT Bielefelder born with 6 minutes of eachother! That was crazy! We are holding for a bit at 8 hatched, 4 pipped, 2 more zipping!
@ronott1 - none of the Vital Farms made it to Lockdown, but, I did "lift the lid" everyday for about a collective 30 minutes (wasn't brave enough for 2 hours...). Maybe you could come on here and discuss your "theory"
It is a setting in the Brinsea incubators and there has been research on it.

For the clears, I've been scrambling them and feeding them back to my laying hens. If I suspect there is ANY development that I might see when I crack it open, those I throw away.....
