BTW, your chicken looks sorta like it has roo damage- not caught up yet, but is the skin broken? Or is it just bare?

Specs

Well I didn't measure any of it plywood was from recycled bunk beds from grandkids. It's probably 8" tall 16" long box. Holes were cut out of one piece then cut the board with holes in half lengthwise. Hinge is an old door hinge I've saved for years. Latch is two screws with piece of bailing wire. Free the best kind. Seed spreader chick was the first to use it. Even the smallest chick can reach it at this age. Newly hatched would still use the old feeder until they could reach.
