These are my 10 (+2) Bielefelder eggs. They are smaller than I expected, and I didn't expect the colors to vary so much. The air cells look pretty awesome, most are nickle sized or smaller, with only a little jiggle. The worst one is the top right one with a quater and a half sized saddle cell. but all membranes seem to be intact. *fingers crossed for setting them Friday evening!
In my very recent experience, the important thing to note is that they have pipped THROUGH the CAM, which contains blood vessels (vs. into the air cell, away form vessels). So that if you end up assisting (and you may or may not choose to do so), be aware that if the blood vessels have not receded, they can bleed.
If you look at the Assisted Hatching article, it is super helpful. I just spent the entire day dealing with this...
