I am having so many problems with keeping my temperature stable, this has been going on a couple of days since we started having the dang cold snap. I have never had this many problems with this incubator, I was going to order the STC 1000 to put on the LG that I was using for a hatcher last year because I had so many problems with it. Since I moved to a different place, and don't have much room I am only using my hova-bator for the whole process. I am now babysitting this thing like I did the LG. I even resorted to heating up a bunch of polished rocks in the oven to put in to try to hold the temp stable. If I wrap a towel or blanket around it, then it spikes

. Short of sitting beside it constantly adjusting, and worrying (like CH) I don't know what else to do. I have a new wafer I could try, but I really think it is the unstable temperature in such a small place. I am not holding out much hope for these poor eggs

now I am wishing I had went ahead and ordered that thermostat
