Good Morning Everybody, It is Friday and for us the start of 4 days below freezing and Snow/sleet/Freezing rain/plain rain.

Morning. Sounds like fun weather Scott. Tomorrow is supposed to be our coldest day with a high of about 9* and a low of about -2*. By comparison the 5* it currently is will probably feel balmy.

Number six was the first chick I didn't take a picture of. I really should have. The poor thing is the one that pipped first. So, there you have it! 24 hours from pip to zip! It is half an hour late, but I shall go take its picture now. For myself. Don't worry!

We are sitting at a balmy -16 this morning, with beautiful clear skies and sunshine!
Weather man is calling for highs of 0 today! Wooohooooo!
Then we are supposed to be in low twenties by Monday.

Number seven just emerged. It also proved why you need to put marbles inside any water dishes. It just did a face plant into the dish, which is completely filled with a sponge and washcloth. My first hatch, I lost my very first chick due to drowning.

I am switching to either a blue or black light bulb for tonight!
