Good mornin' lady,
You in better spirits today? You were pretty much living on the dark & gloomy side yesterday. 

LOL! I wasn't down. Just think differently than others apparently.

I'm sorry I skipped ahead...but something real bad just happened to me...I'm typing between tears.

Few hours ago.....I went down to the store to say hi to my wife.

I found here laying on the floor getting up....I asked her what was wrong.....she said she fell......she was getting up....holding her head.

She was wobbling......she went back down....she was laying there eyes wide open unresponsive...I slapped her face...shook here yelled...nothing.

Dead...she looked dead....she finally came out of it...I was screaming at her co workers for help......and they finally called an ambulance.......she refused help.....even when she couldn't remember what year it was.....she said it was 2005.

They did look her over....and recommended she go to the hospital....she refused. She hit her head on the floor as now there is a big lump on the back of her head.....I'm so mad that she won't go to the ER.

I really have no way to make her.....she went back to work....

I did a copy and paste.....from my post yesterday to let everyone know where ive been and how I was doing....my wife did make an appointment to see a dr this week.

yes it was a frightening thing.....I have a lot of trouble trying to do this on a laptop....which sucks cuz the laptop has much more to offer on this site than mobile.....

Prayers for you and your wife.... I hope she recovers fully.

She's suffered a concussion, as you probably know. They usually self-correct, but a hospital visit is certainly in order. I suffered a concussion years ago in a fall from a strange horse; woke up in the hospital not knowing what had happened. Years later I still don't remember all the details. It'd be nice if she knew what caused the fall. I sure hope it's nothing too serious.

I agree it could have been a stroke regardless she needs to go to the hospital immediately for any loss of consciousness. It's not as though she tripped and fell just fell it could also be a concussion from the fall take her now.

Benny...she is s stubborn woman...it was all I could do to get her to make an appointment.....the ambulances drivers tried to talk her into it.....I pleaded with her......I'm sure it wasn't a stroke as this happened a few years ago to and she seems fine now....but I did get her to make an appointment. When she fell she hit her head a good one. Has a big lump....it went down over night...I made her stay up late....watched walking dead to keep her up......I wish she would have gone yesterday but I could not force her to go.

Phil, I am so sorry for what you had to experience!

My wife can be stubborn too, but you keep a close eye on yours.
I agree with Benny on this, not just for the goose egg, but for what caused her fall in the first place.
If she cant get to the doctor in the next few days, I would advise a trip to the hospital, even if it is just for blood work.
blood work will detect the enzymes released when someone has experienced a stroke or heart attack, and even if they are negative results, at least you can have some peace of mind.
Keep a very close watch if she wont go, and call the ambulance anyway if she shows any symptoms again.
Lost my Dad years ago to a massive heart attack, found out later he had been having strokes for quite a while but wouldn't follow doctor's advice.

HELP, you guys. I was apparently so tired last night I didn't check the water before going to sleep, and it ran empty. I woke up to a 'bator with several more pips (and maybe one starting zip), but the humidity was 38%!!!!! 

I refilled the water and also stuck in two sponges soaked with water to get it back up as soon as possible. I don't know how long it would have been like that. I'm set up and ready to assist if I need to (I wasn't going to assist this time, but under the circumstances, perhaps I may need to). Anything else I should do (besides cross my fingers)?
