Well either Sally is ignoring CH's stuff from earlier or she is just beyond words.

I have given up.

I think that the story of the kid that yelled " wolf wolf" is in place in this situation.

Just shipped eggs for the very first time today. It's a learning curve but I hope they arrive safe and sound across the USA. Learning... I may fail but I pick myself up and try again.

@Sally Sunshine Here's my update.

Jessimom aka Kathy I have 13 out of 21 eggs I set for a friend, due to hatch 4/1. I have 13 Shipped Salmon Favorelle and 9 of my silkie eggs set to hatch on 4/5. I have 6 EE and 6 Backyard mixes from a friend, 10 shipped Blue/Buff Cochins and 5 of my silkies set to hatch 4/16. I've got 12 Auto Sexing Green egg EE's, 6 questionable shipped Silkie eggs (2 were cracked) set to go into the incubator along with the Frizzled EE's, additional Silkie eggs (being sent to replace the scrambled/cracked eggs), and some CCL, BCM and Green eggs that should arrive soon.

I think I will have too many eggs to set...I guess that's why I have multiple incubators!

I would rather win a tractor if I dream. I can't afford one, but it gets harder every year to push the round bales around. I am going to try to get a bale buggy this year if I can find a used one.

FWIW...When I was raising horses & feeding round bales, I'd drive a pipe through the center, with enough on either end to loop a rope onto, then hook the center of the rope behind he hitch ball on the truck.

Good afternoon, Darlin'
I spent from 12:30 this morning to 3:00 this afternoon running a clean-up on this sorry laptop, for the 2nd time in as many days; haven't noticed any improvement in performance so far.

Unfortunately, I only have facilities for one rooster right now; 'til I can finish this new coop & put up a run, anyway, which is destined to be a place to put chicks 'til they're big enough to go in with the adults. I'm not quite ready to give up on the one I got from Jess.
