Great job friend.... I was a chain smoker... Back in the day... Smokes were $2 a carton at the BX... Just quit one day when I was in my late 20's.... After 15 years..... Glad I did.... My breathing issues aren't related to smoking.... I developed asthmatic allergies
... But if I smoked they would be so much worse....

I probably shouldn't say this but I always bought my monthly limit of cigarettes and Jim Beam - even though I never smoked or used hard liquor. Then I'd resell it to make money. Monthly pay was $65 when I went in.

Not much to read from yesterday. Even after I got home from bowling I was only 20 posts behind

I've used Stromberg and Cutler and probably others.
For the zip ties, I get a good variety of colors at Harbor Freight. I go through a lot of them so wherever I find them on sale I'll pick up some.

Numbered wing bands are better because they occasionally lose a bandette but you have to pick up the bird to read it's number with the wing type and I don't want to have to catch a bird to know who it is.

when can I put them out without heat? they are in garage with heat lamp at the end of the play yard???

Ducks? They can go out from 3-5 weeks without heat - depending on weather.

Daisy Mae had a very nice doeling on Monday. It is her first.

Bella's twins are a month now and doing great, as is Abigail's doeling.

I have nine surviving piglets, as we had a cold rain last Tuesday and it looked like two snuggled part way under the hay when she was up and got squished when she laid back down
The chicks all fifty plus were set outside so I could clean. The next day they went out by themselves and were having a ball.

That just leaves one doe to kid in May and two cows due in June.

Not a problem. The queens get a dot of paint on their thorax - not legbands. Those would be hard to read.

Dude when I started... Smoke's were 40 cents a pack at the gas stations....
Fishing was good but alli could catch was suckers... River read over run with them.... But gang I looked good on then new waders.... I've decided to take the plunge and sink s ton of cash in a new roof and reel are up just for river steelhead......
