I think if you have a predator taking out your birds, you can shoot without a license, if you are in an area that allows shooting.

Almost forgot to update...

Out of 31 total, have 11 developing...

The 16 from the new group were infertile (think the drakes forgot to pack their little blue pills, lol), 8/12 of the shipped eggs are developing nicely, and all 3 of Lady Grey's eggs are developing...

YAY! Little blue pill, lol... that's funny! We have a similar problem here... he's shooting all blanks, lol.
