Wow what luck.... I have had seven total all different breeds. first one was a black quarterhorse gelding, he was a cutting horse. He was pretty my dad had a good eye for conformation. Unfortunatly we were new to the area and he had a reputation... he broke my back that first year. (didnt know it till I was 23). We traded him straight across for a babysitter. He was skin and bones but we were able to get some meat on him. At the age of thirteen I made the decision to put him down... He had Ringbone aweful bad. and in 69 there wasnt much relief for it.
After that I was given a Golden Palomino mare. I rode her about six months and the owner took her back. I had just gotten her calmed down too.
My next horse was a Green Broke standard bred mare about two years old. Still had the auction tag on her tail I learned alot on Misty. I bred her to an Arab and the cross was outstanding. Marc was my Liesure Suit Larry My dressage teacher taught me to long line him to give him the basics and eventually I bought a cart. We went all over San diego exploring. He passed at fifteen from cancer. I was devistated.

I bought a Kentucky bred Thoroughbred from a friend and had great plans for him... bout that time I found out I was pregnant. Stony had the habit many Thoroughbreds have... he was used to someone being tossed up while he was walking. I worked and worked on it. But I am not a trainer. ONe last time I got on him he threw me forward and I said Um NO I wont ride this horse while pregnant. he was the ONLY horse I ever sold.

Come ten years later I started dreaming about a big black horse. Waking up I found myself realizing it was now or never. I found Katee online... she had a pose that looked like Misty. I bought her sight unseen. and LUCKED out. She has a home with me for life.

I signed up for NANOWRIMO National Novel Writing Month. which is a contest. But the reason I did it was I already have an 80,000 half finished novel with no real directions. I needed back story and I was deadlocked

Up comes the contest and I decide to write a Back story... and it started flowing out. So now the new one is book one the one i was deadlocked on is now book two... And There is a book three in the cueue... hopefully.

I plan to Epublish.

happens around her age idiopathic epilepsy.... keep on the meds for life

Be sure to get with her vet and let them know she had one. Sometimes they have to adjust the dosage several times before their hit an even keel for the meds. I do so hate idiopathic epilepsy, so very very much. It also sucks that you're girl is having the self defense post ictal phase. Dozer's is the reaction of demanding to go for a ride and go to the vet during his loudly complaining stage. He loves our vet :idunno
