Phil, get that boat fixed! Walleye season opens on Friday the 13th for us up here. Think maybe the fishes are trying to tell us something?
Jessimom, the fires in Alberta are pretty bad, but they are in the northern areas, lots of small mining and oil towns, no real large populated areas. Still bad for those in the area though, some have lost everything already.
Also beautiful boreal forest in those areas, sad to see them lost, but that is natures way of renewal. The areas that are burning the worst cover about 40, 000 acres right now.
