Darker eggs typically need lower humidity to lose the appropriate amount of weight. Are you using weight loss to gauge your humidity or do you also have a calibrated hygrometer?
I have a calibrated hygrometer but it doesn't fit quite right in the brinsea. I am not relying on weighing and measuring aircells. When I did put the hygrometer in there in the beginning it was in the high 50s with a cap full of water. Currently with no water I am at 27%.

At 27% you should be fine. I forget, what day are your eggs on again?

HUMIDITY Humidity is NOT a set number!

WHY do we need less humidity to get the best weight loss for colored hatching eggs during incubation? post #36320

Sent that too fast. I AM relying on weighing and aircell. Sorry for the confusion. I am on Day 7.

So then once I get back to my target weight loss with some, do I just ignore my dark brown one. I dont want the others to loose too much weight while helping that one get on track. Does that make sense?

At day 7 you should be fine with having some a little on the small side and some on target. People will incubate all different colored eggs successfully together so the dark brown one isn't a loss until it doesn't hatch. I would try to keep the humidity right around the 30% mark and candle them again either day 10 (for the smaller ones) or day 14.
