That is Gordon Blue, his daddy is a cream legbar his momma is a mystery brown layer, possibly a Rhode Island Red.

Sally gets busy elsewhere & everyone gets lockjaw..What's up with that? 

I was getting my 3 year old and the 2.5 year old I'm watching for the week dressed.

I have 38 eggs in the incubator, due on New Years Day... So any input on sexing when they hatch?

Third one hatched and now the waiting again... #4. I am keeping my hands AWAY from this one, lol

I'm concerned with number 3 and spraddle leg. He was on the grided incubator floor and then onto paper so I'm not sure why his legs are so far apart. Can they come out of the egg with spraddle leg?

yes they can get it, you can do the leg wrap or try the cup first since she just hatched.

Not sure why the "quote" function is doing this ^ but this is in regards to the duckling with spraddle leg;

It would also be a good idea to give it some B and E vitamins which a deficiency in is often the cause of leg issues. You can give them brewers yeast which is high in vit B, or you can get a bottle of vitamin B complex from the pharmacy and add a crushed capsule to their drinking water. You can also get liquid vit E or capsules and give them just a drop of the liquid.
