Permectrin; was a few weeks ago. It had gotten rid of all the lice, I redusted, and nothing. I was still checking and spotted 1 on my silkie rooster.

I have a feeling I missed a spot..... :/

How do you see lice on a chicken?  Do they itch?

They don't itch, they are small straw colored critters about 2-3 millimeters long. They chew the feathers, and irritate the chicken, causing a drop in egg production. They are not blood suckers, but large quantities on a young chicken can kill.
