Thoughts? It's been attatched since the chick hatched about a half hour to an hour ago. Should I snip it and put some Neosporin on it? Or hope it dries up and falls off on it's own?

just pinch that off with your nails, not a scissors, you can put iodine on that butt too just in case

Another chick hatched. The poor thing was malpostionend and needed help. But now is hatched!!
Edit: and it is a different color! No more yellow chicks!!
I also have a pure white one!

Well I pinched that bit off. There is still a tiny bit of stringy stuff but I'm afraid to pull on it. I'll leave chickie in the bator until another one hatches.
