Not unless you really want to. Normally the first candling is done on day 7. I would advise against over candling though, there's always a risk for breaking.

You can candle upright and very gentle like cause of early stage, dont go rollin in for a candle, again just keep upright and set the flashlight on the top fat end and look inside. its still early but you can see them growing by now, just dont toss any yet unless they stink or oozin
