This is the one I'm watching now, I don't like how the inner membrane is white and dry. Is Vaseline safe to moisten it?

saris no dont use that, this egg.... did you dampen the membrane with just a wet clean finger and look for red red veins? it almost looks like its ready and its full in the egg///// I have a feelin you didnt loose just enough weight on some of the eggs. I would check that membrane and check for veins that still have blood in them

I did do that and there were a few veins, that was a while ago. I have a new zipper, I will recheck once the new zipper is done. I think you are right, because it is the biggest eggs that are having issues.

I did do that and there were a few veins, that was a while ago. I have a new zipper, I will recheck once the new zipper is done. I think you are right, because it is the biggest eggs that are having issues.

yes take the top off down to the bottom of the air cell NOT down below membrane and then start peelin a bit, if you get a drop of blood stop, where is its beak?
