No, i actually got it for Christmas and i wanted to know if anyone had any experience with it to see if it is a good incubator. Also, if it holds a temperature well and if it does well with the egg turning.

Yes using a HW thermo for now till the new gets here, no eggs till the bator works, the new run is done, and the coop also

build the run and coops 1st, then give the bator a go,

This isn't me, But this is what I'm talking about. I would maybe put an xtra hole or two over this example.

Mine works great, that said, A Wafer T-stat(made for this application) is better.

My wife and I took in my sister & her 2 kids a coupla years ago, The husband left her and the kids in the middle of the night.
(I know that sounds Cliche, but thats what happened)
She couldnt afford bills on her own (I probably couldn't either, with 2 kids)
So they have been with us for awhile now.
There is NO replacement for Family!

The boy is 7, Autistic, high functioning.
The girl is 5, highly intelligent.

Question... I just took all my Christmas decorations down and cleared up a much better spot for the incubator, can I move it. It will mean unpluging it for a few seconds?

Yes.
Make sure stable temp in room.
Allow time to adjust internally before Fiddlin with it

yeppers!! yours isnt that close, what is your variance with it drilled?

Less than 1 degree.
I fiddled with it for prob a week to get it right!
As an appliance repair person, i get all sorts of 40W bulbs free from fridges stoves etc.
The new one Stink!
And all of 3-4 dollars for 2 bulbs?
