I know you're acclimated to those temps. It wouldn't be much different than you coming down and trying to deal with 100F and 75% RH. It probably wouldn't be very pleasant...

I would not turn those with detached air cells. My main concern would be the detached air cells not sticking. You could also gently lift one side of the carton just a little in lieu a full blown turning which would be my recommendation.

Or just tilt them in the carton from one side to the other

ok yall so i am on day 4 of shipped call duck eggs and i see veins, i am turning them in the carton twice a day, what is the next step i need to take considering the detached air cells and making sure the embryos dont stick to the side

I usually just continue with keeping them upright. If they look pretty solid, I will tilt them a few times a day.

Ich. I often have, but no matter how they are cooked, they do not taste like chicken! To me, they taste like they smell and I hate how they smell.....

Well, I hate to burst y'all's bubbles, but she ain't nowhere near your trunk; whoever you have is an imposter. The real Sally's here with me, all cozy & warm, and not taped up. Think about it; I'm the only one who'se had time to get to PA & back.
