BUTTERand when it's ate enough ? what do you do ?
x2Looks like a giant air cell. It may be a little iffy getting out of the shell. How high are you running your humidity? I'd jack it up to around 65-70% if it's what I think I'm seeing.
Of course you did, your his mother, that's one of many wonderful things mothers do. I'm glad he's not sick often. He'll out grow it, sooner than you like. I understand they grow up fast.
Shrinkwrapped like not enough room for the chick to move inside the shell and PIP it's way out. What did you mean by shrinkwrapped? If the humiditynis low, why is it only this one. I check the humidity everyday since day1, basically making my notes based on my research. My incubator is Janoel-12.
Ah this is driving me crazy....
Hello all!!! I have a question!!! So I have eggs due to hatch and one looks very weird. This is my first time hatching so I did a lot of Google pictures references.
So, this egg in the picture: it is alive and kicking and active. But the clear space looks big! Why? Is it not going to make it? Is it gonna have birth defect? Clearly it is not dead.
Please help me. This is day 19 and i just put them in the lockdown.

Shrinkwrapped is when the egg dries out too much and the membrane shrinks around the embryo. It makes it very difficult for the chick to move into hatching position or zip out of the shell. If the other eggs are okay, it's possible it was an older egg and had already lost moisture before setting. Did you candle them before you set them, or notice any difference in the air cell on day 7 and 14?What did you mean by shrinkwrapped? If the humiditynis low, why is it only this one.
