Love the trill... and some of the roos are starting to get little voices. It's so funny when one lets out a cluck, or clurk, or something to that effect, and all of them suddenly freeze and look around like "what the heck was that?"... even the one that made the sound!!! 

Sorry about the cold. I'll get to work on that right away. With just the right amount of hot air...  

I'm good, but I've been banned from making more babies... I mean chicks... until I can move what's in the brooder. I'll get started back in the spring, that's for sure! I miss the hum of my bator sooooooooo bad!!!   

Dang right you'd better get to work on the weather! . I have a feeling DH will make sure the Bator is in a very safe place, far far away from this location I call home once these eggs hatch! Although he is a good man and right now just fake smiles and tells me 'whatever makes you happy dear'. oh he will be so sorry!!! . I love listening to the Bator but can't get over the chick sounds. They talk all the time and sometimes I just sit in the living room next to their brooder and listen. I'll be super sad when they are outside full time.

I want to go on a vacation, no fair! I think I will get out during spring break. Go visit my bestie in Washington.

Well I've never really taken a vacation...always used up my vacation time going to Mayo clinic or hospital stays.....now I just enjoy visiting grand kids.

As Sally says use this time to read all of the amazing info she has collated for us all. Then when something comes up you will have some idea about how to resolve it, or if it is critical or not, and can ask the right questions. When you are informed you will have better outcomes with your babies. That will make us all so happy!!

We all remember our first hatches - so exciting and terrifying at the same time. ENJOY!!
