a big green spot in an egg at 14 days, bacterial? I still see movement, but probably not much longer

I've been having to adjust the temperature a lot the last few days since I am hand turning and it is trying to snow here, the others look fine.

Bacterial infection in oviduct, maybe.

I'm looking for a different heating source than a lamp. Should be good for about 20 chicks as they grow. I'm planning on them being inside for the first month, but after that they will need to be outside. I'd like something that could work in our shed to keep them warm enough there once they can't be inside any longer. I've looked at a heating plate, momma broader, heating mat... Can't decide what works most effectively inside and outside. THANKS!!!!!
