We had snow flurries for the 2nd time in 3-4 years

Been gone from here for a week, been busy and not able to read anything.

Hope everyone in the east is staying safe! If your in any weather like me, no need to go anywhere. 2 feet of snow expected, 25-40 mph winds. Made it home at midnight in a white out. Just hunkering down and staying safe.

Hey i have a question , will a turkey egg fit in a chicken egg turner?

I need to know this also. A friend is going to save turkey eggs this spring for me to hatch. I was wondering if the turner will hold the eggs or if I will need to plan to hand turn the turkey eggs.

All turkey eggs that I have incubated have fit for in my turner. I have a hovabator with a turner (since every turner is different. In my GQF cabinet, some of them are a tight fit bit I just stagger them little and skip spaces here and there and they fit fine. Good luck!

Thanks everyone. Has anyone ever had a Cochin hatch chicks for them? Are they good mothers? What's your experiences with them? I heard that they are excellent mothers. I have a lavender Cochin I want to go broody.

Cochins are supposedly as great of mothers as silkies. I don't have any yet (will in march) but I know a lady that does.
