Ok @Sally Sunshine, is this better?

Sunshine, I think you got a crack in your egg. I've told you numerous times to not candle on day 2 and unnecessarily handle them. I'm sorry you dropped the egg. Would you like me to send you another dozen?

Honestly, if it was me with shipped eggs, I wouldn't mess with them. Set the temp and humidity and roll to day 18. Up the humidity to 60-65 and go for broke. But that's me.... And that's coming from a guy that bottle feeds baby chicks with goats milk.

I would love a dozen of course, do you need a lesson in shipping firstl? or perhaps bottle washing safely?
