Sorry 'bout that. I get a little overexcited...

I actually don't know if it's typical for them (these are my first - I'll have to ask over on the NN thread), but I have 6 NN pullets, and when I realized what was happening, I checked all their backsides - all are REALLY ready, and I'll probably be getting eggs from all of them very soon. Took me by surprise, because they're one day over 20 weeks old. I have them mostly for meat (big birds, yummy, less feathers to pluck), but I always have heard what good layers they are - it'l be interesting to see. I got mine from Ideal - they have good Naked Necks.
