Morning @Sally Sunshine . Bator is three days steady at 101.5-101.9, humidity is 5%.

ambient humidity is 45%, or was a day ago.

I can't find my other thermo/hygros or my candler or vent plugs. I only have the spot check because it was taped to the lid.

oh campin you sound like me!!! I couldnt find mine and I found them on top of my lower level fridge in a big basked, all in one spot AFTER I went and bought more!!

What part of day 10 should you remove vent plugs? Beginning, middle, end, or "just stop obcessing and do it at a convenient time?"

Will it work with a RIR roo over a Dominicker hen?

Would think the comb's would be weird as Dominickers are rose comb and RIR are single.

Well depends on area you live too, my barred rock roo looks pretty funny, we tried protecting his comb as best we could and he still has practically no comb now. in the colder climates the shorter combs work a lot better.

I would think the chicks would have one or the others but haven't seen that yet as ameracuana is only one with the rose comb in the flock and just started laying
