Sorry to hear about (the all to conveniently named mouse) being lost and (stuck in the all to conveniently named location) but that would be quite a trek for a mousy to make from IN to PA in a night.

LOL never could understand why people want them for pets.

Got me some Saddleback Pomeranian goose eggs and some Welsh Harlequin duck eggs! We'll see how it goes! Will be putting into the 'bator on Sunday morning...

We get the ladybugs bad with the occasional stinkbug thrown in there. Have had a couple mice but they've been nice enough to fall for the peanut butter on a trap trick.
We never had ladybugs, then one year they showed up & never left. Several years ago we had an invasion of those black & red bugs (that I can't call the name of). I've seen the so thick on doors that you literally couldn't see the door. Stinkbugs weren't near as bad last year as they have been, but even one's one too many; chickens don't even like 'em.

Just remembered: the black & red jobs are Box Elder bugs.

Couple yrs back we had the japanese beetles bad, last yr ladybugs were bad. keep finding them all over the place no matter how many times the wife vacuums.
