PERSACLY!!!

any HELP pleas
I haven't hatched them before, 21 days is a baseline, I have found mine hatch when they **** well want, I've had 1 hatch at 25 days and one hatch at 19 days any variation in conditions and breed can affect hatch date.

as for cartons or laying down.on the bottom at lock down, I just unplug my egg turner at day 14-15 and leave them sitting in it, was recommended by someone and that fixed my issues with malpositioned didn't see much difference with standing up or laying down on hatch rate of chicks while the time you change a position can have an effect

Not sure if this is help or not. But what I found out when I first started with chickens, this year goats and now rabbits, if you ask 3 people the same question you will get 6 different answers. What it boils down to is trial and error. Sooner or later you will find what works for you. Not me or anybody else. But what works for you.
