What should i do to keep them from getting bored? And is there anything i can interact witg them doing so they wont get bored, or are so they only play with other quail? (Its okay if you cant answer these )

Preferably DARK greens, they'll have a blast with it.

Try to limit it as they need Higher protein

it is intact... I'm hopeful to get 4, MAYBE 5, more- then I'll call it. 24 of 28 ain't too shabby, I think...all things considered. Thank you all [[/@]for your help - and antics! Can't wait for the HAL. I might run one more quick one of the buff brahmas @Jessimom gave me... Is it tougher with just 6? What's the best way to sterilize the bator?

The male buff brahmas are soooooo awesome looking.
I use peroxide and a splash or 2 of 90% isopropyl alcohol to sanitize. Then fresh air

So you are hatching quail in your incubator? What breed(out of curiosity)? I am in love with the California breed, though i am getting coturnix.

Those are the most adorable things <3 If i remember correctly coturnix take 18 days to hatch? If thats correct do you just take em out while you do your lockdown candle? I. Swear. These are the last questions. Im about to get a shower anyways

You can ask as many ask you'd like, whether or not I can answer them

17-18, Mine usually 18 I just set mine 3 days after chicken eggs and lockdown at one time

I lock them down upright in used tupperware like containers, with a coupla folded paper towels in the bottom

I wet them with warmish hot water, about 100 degrees or thereabouts by feel, to keep humidity up
