Vietnam, China, and other countries in Asia still go off the Lunar calendar, so their months are shorter and there's thirteen instead of twelve. Even weirder, Eastern Orthodox church holidays are different too because they still use the Julian calendar and not the Gregorian calendar everyone else uses.
