I've probably said this before, but when I build one, I'll be using the IncuKit XL(s) Advanced from IW. I can build a refrigerator-sized bator for something in the neighborhood of $250-$350, depending on how many automatic turners I want to install.

I used to take the first years fruits off so the plants would get larger and bear better fruit the second year
